For users assigned to an Admin dashboard, this Help widget will be available and visible in the lower right corner of your screen.
This widget is linked to Sprout’s Knowledge Base where you can check out the different articles related to your concerns.
Below are the steps on how Help Widget works:
1. Click the Help Widget and a search field will appear which will allow you to input your inquiry or concern. After typing your keyword, click the search icon.
2. Clicking the search icon will give you the Top 3 results from Sprout’s Knowledge Base.
3. If the Top 3 results do not provide an answer to your concern, you may click View More to give the list of all the articles based on the keyword you’ve entered.
4. If all the related articles still do not provide an answer to your concern, you may click “Leave us a message” button and this will automatically send an email to Sprout’s Support Team. All you need to do is type your name, email address, concern, and add attachment as necessary, then click Send. The Support Team will then respond to your inquiry the soonest.
