As a manager or admin, you can cancel an approved Official Business of an employee.
Follow these simple steps:
1. Go to Approval Center (My Team > Approval Center)
2. Narrow your results by date range, employee name, and company if the account consists of more than one company.
If you are seeing many applications, you can also narrow down the results by ticking only the specific type application.
You can find the approved application under Processed items.
3. Select the specific approved item then click the cancel icon and you’ll be required to enter the reason for cancelling the application.
4.Click Cancel Application and you’ll be notified when cancellation is successful.
